At this large steel and clad constructed building in Leamington Spa the existing outer skin of all the roof lights was perspex that had become very brittle over the years through exposure to various weather conditions but mainly sunlight.  Splits, cracks and holes had appeared, with patch repairs having been undertaken.

We attended site to carefully remove the outer skin panels, clean the adjacent roof sheets and internal perspex sheets which had become dusty and in many cases water stained from the various leaks.  We then supplied and installed new Euroclad GRP class, step safe and fire rated roof lights and finished with all necessary sealants and fixings (including Poppy red warning heads).
